01. What is BluVu.tv?
BluVu is a portal providing premium adult content direct to PC broadband users anywhere in

02. Who are the people behind BluVu.tv?
The team behind BluVu.tv have been running premium adult services for 20 years now and we
operate on a global scale. Our mission is to provide quality premium content and value for
money.
03. How do I watch the channels?
Simple!
Go here and
choose the channels you would like to watch. We believe in giving you the choice so there are
no restrictive packages, simply choose the channels you want, add them to your bespoke package
and you're off. You can remove any channels you want at any time and equally add further ones as
and when you please.
04. Are you going to add more channels?
Yes. We have lots more channels on the way from some of the biggest and best adult brands, all
of which will be showing new and exclusive movies 24/7, across a range of genres. We add new
channels every month and currently have over 25 channels waiting to be added!!
05. What movie player do I require?
You will require Windows Media Player 10 or above to watch all movies on BluVu.tv. You can
download it from here:

06. What speed should my Internet connection be?
BluVu.tv is designed for users with a broadband connection. Windows Media Player will detect
your connection speed when it serves the stream up. Obviously the faster your connection the
better the performance, but it should be fine for anyone on 1meg+ broadband.
07. Can I watch BluVu.tv on a Mac?
Unfortunately, Microsoft has not kept the Mac version of Windows Media Player up to date, so
it does not currently work with the BluVu.tv DRM system. Hopefully this will be remedied soon.
As such, the only way to watch BluVu.tv with a Mac is if you have
"Parallels" installed.
We are currently working on alternative player formats.
08. I have playback issues?
First of all make sure you have the latest version of
Windows Media Player installed.
If the stream keeps stopping and starting try extending your buffer. This should allow the
stream to keep playing for longer intervals without stopping to re-buffer:
Open Windows Media Player, select "Tools", then "Options", and finally "Performance". You can
then extend your buffer time manually.
Leave Security Settings. Click OK to leave Internet Options.

09. How do I cancel my subscription?
Once you are logged in simply go to the "My Account" page and from there you can manage your
subscriptions, change your username, password and email address, and you can even see a report
of transactions attributed to your account. You can also cancel your account by contacting our
dedicated
customer services team
and they will be happy to help you with any issues or questions you may have.
